Yes, Comer fans are posting clips on twitter of her signing every night after the shows. She doesn't sign in the afternoons after matinee performances, only after the evening show. Also, last night she was a part of a post-show talk along with some crew members and there's clips of that circulating as well

Finally got to see this last night. I agree that Comer’s acting is Olympic. She’s a transcendent marvel. She shattered my heart in the most exquisite way. Her only Tony competition is Chastain who is campaigning her tush off.
I will say the play’s production has a lot of bells and whistles that can impact how audiences view Comer’s performance. If this show were done by a theatre with no budget it could feel far less effective and way more Lifetime.
Also, I found the show incredibly grounded in reality, raw and believable until <SPOILER> the courtroom is cleared of the jury and Tess gives that monologue. That required way more suspension of disbelief than the play had asked for up until that point. It was also pretty preposterous. I worked in rape and sexual assault advocacy for years. That would never happen or be allowed. Yes, I know it was necessary dramatically but it took me out of the moment and felt so constructed. Survivors never get that kind of resolution to have their say in a packed courtroom.
The final moments were astounding but the shattering performance of that is enhanced by the bells and whistles.
I think Chastain’s performance is the antithesis. Classic text performed expertly in a spare environment. They say a great play can be performed in a church basement with no effects and be just as powerful. Would Prima Facie fare as well in that setting?
Tony voters will decide in June. I think it’s a tough race comparing an apple to an orange.
