BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.
All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Colin Fleming-Stumpf Colin Fleming-Stumpf is a lover of all things theatre and performing arts. A native of Rochester, Colin has acted on stages across Western New York and is active in the local theatre community as a performer, musician, fundraiser, board member, and reviewer, serving avidly as a theatre critic for the Buffalo Theatre Guide in addition to his work with BroadwayWorld. Since 2017 Colin has reviewed hundreds of professional, regional, and community theatre productions across Rochester, Buffalo, and Canada. He holds a Masters degree in Arts Administration, and by day works as a Grants Officer for the Rochester Regional Health system, as well as an adjunct lecturer in SUNY Brockport's Public Administration department. | |
Dan and Julie Izzo Dan and Julie Izzo began their theatrical collaboration at the College of William and Mary where they studied theatre and speech. They were founding members of the Virginia Shakespeare Festival and have acted at various regional theatres on the east coast. Between them they have taught English literature, acting, voice, dance and improvisation. For the past 20 years they have directed and designed numerous productions. Most recently they have collaborated on writing original musicals. | |
Jared West JARED WEST is a New York Capital Region-based actor and has been a BroadwayWorld.com writer for the last six years. Previously, he worked as Senior Editor and Freelance Writer (Travel/Entertainment) for Outlook Magazine. On stage, he was recently seen in The Diary of Anne Frank (Mr. Frank), A New Brain (Roger), Fiddler on the Roof (Perchik; BroadwayWorld.com award winner), Ragtime (Younger Brother), Guys and Dolls (Sky Masterson), The Music Man (Marcellus; MET award nominee), and Cabaret (Cliff). | |
Peyton VanDerheyden Peyton has been performing for over a decade in many Cabaret shows, plays, and musicals in the Albany area, including Into the Woods (Granny), Grease (u/s Marty), Footloose (Vi Moore), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Ms. Flannery), Sister Act (Featured Nun/Dancer), My Fair Lady (Lady Boxington), amongst various others. She was most recently seen at Fort Salem Theater, in their production of Bright Star (Florence/u/s Mama Murphy). Peyton studies Tap and Jazz under Freddy Ramirez, and recently started working behind the table, producing, co-directing, and choreographing Disney’s Newsies, Frozen Jr., and now The Addams Family at her alma mater, Ravena Coeymans Selkirk Middle & High School! She continues to branch out with lighting design and now writing for BroadwayWorld in Central New York. |
